Welcome to the Ancient Choices blog! Through the month of March, 2008, I will be posting a series of posters celebrating women making choices about their reproductive health as documented in artifacts, folklore, and traditions dating back 4000 years. I believe the pro-choice and anti-choice movements are missing this important perspective, that women have been active participants in developing and using methods for reproductive control long before the advent of “the pill” and Roe v Wade.
