In honor of the March 2008 Women’s History month, the Ancient Choices project will be designing one new poster each day for 31 days about the history of reproduction, contraception, and abortion. You may view these posters here at this site. We welcome your ideas and comments, as well as criticism and controversy, to this website using the forum posting tools.
This project intends to bridge the dialog between the pro-choice and the pro-life debates around a women’s right to choose, and then to position these two opposing viewpoints within the historical context of the women and men who have practiced contraception and abortion during the past 4000 years.
